As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and commercially driven Key Account Manager to join our team and help strengthen strategic partnerships, accelerate business growth, and deliver value across the agricultural value chain.

Responsibilities

The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving sales and growth of Urea, TPP NPK, commodity products and exploring trading opportunities for OPPs, by managing key accounts and developing effective marketing and pricing strategies.

- Key Account Management:
Coordinate sales activities and achieve sales targets for Urea, TPP NPK, and other commodity prod-ucts.
Identify potential accounts for trading OPPs, in full alignment with Commercial Manager responsible for the OPP business segment.
Develop strategies to drive growth with TPP differentiated with Yara’s Biologicals in full alignment with Yara PH Commercial Manager and Regional Biologicals team to strengthen product positioning in the market.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and prospective customers.
Monitor international fertilizer market trends, particularly Urea, TPP NPK, and commodity products, and recommend pricing adjustments to achieve margin and volume objectives.
Design and implement marketing strategies, pricing schemes, and commercial plans in line with re-gional guidelines.

- Operations & HESQ:
Ensure compliance with Yara’s HESQ and Product Stewardship policies across all key accounts.
Coordinate with Supply Chain to optimize operations for Urea and commodity products.
Lead initiatives to transition to CIF business models, reducing operational risks while securing long-term market position.
Collaborate with the Nitrogen Sourcing team on market conditions and integrate their input into con-tract negotiations.

Profile

Expertise in fertilizers, crop nutrition, and agricultural markets.
Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth and profitability.
Deep understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and supply chain economics.
Strong negotiation, key account management, and stakeholder influence skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify, capture, and accelerate growth opportunities.
Excellent communication and relationship management capabilities across the value chain.
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of commercial leadership experience in agriculture, fertilizers, or commodities.
Strong knowledge of the Philippine agricultural landscape and regulatory framework.

Additional Information

Reporting directly to the Country Manager and a member of the Yara Philippines Leadership Team, he/she will champion Yara’s Leadership Expectations, fostering a culture of trust, delivery (high-performance) and growth mindset. The position is an individual contributor but has a highly influential role across multiple teams within Yara PH.
