What you'll do:
- Manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Assign tasks to the team, monitor progress, and troubleshoot blockers to meet SLAs.
- Track multiple concurrent projects with precision, ensuring deadlines are achieved and documented accurately.
- Responsible for supporting production tasks for special cases, with a willingness to dive into detailed, hands-on work when necessary.
- Maintain clear documentation in tools like internal trackers for transparency and traceability.
- Serve as the central point of contact for updates, clarifications, and delivery communications.
- Support better utilization of the team for greater impact on gross margin.
- Mentor a team of talented creatives to boost productivity and keep them engaged.
What you'll need:
- Strong people management skills, including experience with Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
- Experience using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop
- Comfortable communicating in English
- Quality-focused, with a drive to deliver great work on time
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
- Motivated to hit goals while looking for ways to learn, improve, and grow
- Naturally organized and enjoys working with systems, processes, and workflows
- Has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in their work
- Enjoys helping others and has the potential and desire to lead
- Excited to grow their career in a fast-moving tech environment
- A problem-solver who looks for ways to get things done, even when the path isn't obvious
- Adaptable and open-minded, especially when learning new tools and ways of working
- Video editing experience is a plus!
