About this role
This is a hands-on job in one of the most technical areas of human resources management.
The Compensation Analyst (Francophone) as a member of the Survey Operations team, has a key role in sustaining Community™ Market surveys through the conduct of comprehensive compensation and benefits surveys of employers in developing countries from our Operations Center in Manila.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Examine market data and execute the survey process for assigned countries and assess survey results to be able to create diagnostics that would support further application of Birches Group's Community™ products and services.
- Inform management on issues related to the survey process to ensure smooth delivery of service.
- Explain the process of survey participation and data collection that is required to
ensure efficient survey process.
- Explain survey results to clients, illustrating the linkages of Community™ Jobs and
Community™ Market to other components of Community™.
- Deliver salary survey transactions within established schedules and timelines
ensuring timely delivery of salary surveys.
- Maintain consistent quality in production of survey data and review of more junior
analysts.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree
