Where is the work:
On-Site (5 days)

岗位目的

按照生产计划、工艺要求及质量标准，完成生产制造、装配、包装、物料流转等相关作业，确保生产任务按时、保质、保量完成。

岗位职责

- 按照作业指导书、工艺流程及班组安排完成生产任务。
- 负责产品装配、组装、包装、贴标、检验等基础操作工作。
- 按要求使用生产设备、工装夹具及相关工具，确保操作规范、安全。
- 配合完成产线物料领取、搬运、上线、整理及流转工作。
- 严格执行质量标准，发现异常及时反馈班组长或相关人员。
- 遵守公司安全生产、6S管理及现场管理要求，保持工作区域整洁有序。
- 按要求做好产品自检、互检及相关记录填写。
- 配合班组完成生产效率提升、质量改进及现场改善工作。
- 服从工作安排，按需配合加班、倒班及岗位调配。
- 完成上级交办的其他工作任务。

任职要求

- 初中及以上学历。
- 年龄符合公司用工要求，身体健康，能适应制造业现场工作环境。
- 吃苦耐劳，责任心强，具备良好的纪律意识和团队协作精神。
- 能够接受站立作业、加班及倒班安排。
- 有制造业、装配、电子、电器、机械相关工作经验者优先。
- 能够遵守公司各项规章制度及安全操作要求。

优先条件

- 有工厂一线操作经验者优先。
- 有空调、家电、机械装配相关经验者优先。
- 有质量意识、安全意识及现场改善意识者优先。
