Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Ensure the timely reporting of ORC with adequate information and timely closer of ORCs.
- Able to understand the Real-World Usage Practices of different Applications, different implements and their suitability with tractor.
- Data analysis ability to understand the failure data & benchmarking performance trials.
- Data Management of different projects.
- Support to Project Managers for test plan as per field availability and seasons.
- Local field trials on performance and suitability and submission of report
- Timely submission and preparation of reports of projects
- Tractor running execution as per scheduled plan of endurance testing.
- Reports of ORCs with complete details and photographs
- Thorough knowledge of Field Application and failure analysis
- Repair & maintenance of testing tractors
- Field Visits to monitor the testing tractors
- Handling store (stock of spare parts)
- Documentation of testing records at Test Site
- Coordination with local university/farm officers/ local customers
Education Qualification
B.Tech - Mechanical / Agriculture Engg.
General Experience
A person with 3 to 5 years of experience in tractor field testing.
