Associate Specialist, Marketing & Communications

Responsibilities

· Support market research, including data gathering, analysis and preparation of insight summaries.

· Assist in developing marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, and sales enablement materials)

· Coordinate digital media activities, including content calendars and performance tracking.

· Assist with website content updates and maintenance of marketing assets.

· Support planning and execution of trade shows, customer events and industry engagements.

· Work with agencies, vendors and research partners to track deliverables and timelines.

· Support preparation of marketing dashboards, reports and management updates.

Required Skills

Essential:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marketing, Business or a related discipline.

· 0–2 years of relevant experience, including internships.

· Written and Verbal proficiency in English and Hindi

· Good research, analytical and problem-solving ability.

· Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Good coordination and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferable:

· Exposure to B2B, industrial, technology or manufacturing marketing.

· Experience with market research, social media, content development or marketing agencies.

· Familiarity with Adobe tools, LinkedIn or analytics platforms.
