We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  Global Products and Institutional Marketing

Purpose of the role

This role is of a AVP- Product Marketing and is part of the Asset Management Marketing & Client Experience team. The incumbent will be required to work across a wide spectrum of Propositions and Products in the HSBC Asset Management business, as required.

The incumbent will be responsible for the implementation of Asset Management initiatives that are global and to give support, guidance and leadership to asset management marketing team. The incumbent forms part of a dynamic team that spans the delivery of global and local marketing plans.

In this role, you will be:

- Partner and collaborate with the global team to manage the end-to-end process of the production of financial promotion materials and marketing assets and collaborate with internal stakeholders on arrangement of global campaigns, events etc. and collaborate closely with the local marketing teams to ensure localization of the marketing collaterals.
- Hold responsibility for ensuring that the marketing assets are brand approved and compliant as per the local guidelines. Manage self-compliance approval and compliance approval coordination (regulatory approval) including maintaining a database of disclaimers.
- Devise and implement strategies to regularly record and report Compliance for audit trail. Monthly update the marketing collaterals and publish them to local content platforms.
- Identify gaps, process improvisation, and improve SLAs. Create and maintain monthly dashboards.

- Act as a key liaison between various internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of marketing plans that drive business growth.
- Provide leadership in navigating complex challenges, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and addressing emerging issues in real time.
- Foster a collaborative environment by providing guidance and support to junior team members, promoting continuous learning and professional development.

To be successful you will be:

- Product marketing experience with strong project management skills. Asset Management experience is preferred but not mandatory. Marketing Compliance experience is required.
- Total experience of 10+ years, with at least 5 years in Asset Management or a similar financial services organisation.
- Strong understanding of content management systems (preferably Sitecore) and the ability to navigate complex processes and procedures.
- Flexible and proactive, with the ability to respond effectively to changing priorities and deadlines, and to adhere to complex procedures/processes.
- Experience with SharePoint, excellent organisational skills, and strong PC skills.
- Strong project management capability to maintain pace of delivery and experience working in a regulated industry.
- Ability to drive initiatives forward within a cross-functional, matrixed operating model.
