·独立进行企业价值业务评估，包括金融资产、金融工具、生物资产等
可以与客户和审计review团队进行沟通与答疑解惑
可以参与国内资产评估业务，将资产评估与企业价值评估的工作模式进行融合。
进行市场与行业调研，涉及行业包括不限于：基础设施、能源、TMT、医疗、高端制造、半导体
· 进行市场数据调研与测算，如：可比公司与可比交易筛查、折现率计算、市场倍数计算、股价波动率分析、市场利率分析、宏观经济数据分析
· 使用市场法对标的企业进行估值
· 协助估值/财务分析模型基本假设整理
· 协助价值分析报告撰写
岗位要求：
· 金融、财务、数学等领域硕士学位或以上
. 资产评估师资格
· 优先考虑具备CFA/CPA/ACCA/FRM/CPV 一定考试进度的候选人
· 具备良好的沟通、执行、与团队协作能力
