Ensuring that the materials coming from suppliers are checked in accordance with the control plans in Fastcheck in accordance with the
incoming inspection procedure and checking the existence of material control plans
Monitoring and responsibility for the PSW status of the parts used on the product
Preparing Functional Approval Reports requested by SQE during the PPAP approval phase of new or modified materials and sharing them
with the relevant SQE for PPAP approval.
Organizing the removal of the problematic material from production and stocks
Providing technical support for the analysis of defective materials in production
If necessary, coordinating the removal of suspect parts with suppliers.
Making decisions by analyzing 8D reports from suppliers.
Reporting material quality problems to suppliers in a timely and detailed manner using GQRS-C
Compliance with ISMS policies,
Compliance with the privacy statement and disciplinary procedure,
Fulfillment of responsibilities in ISMS activities,
Notification of infringements of ISMS.
