About this role
- Supervise technicians to provide repairing service for clinics and office
- Coordinate contractors to carry out renovation / reinstatement work / building maintenance work. Monitor progress and evaluate their quality and performance
- Coordinate new clinic opening or clinic closure.
- Ensure facilities (e.g. fire service, electrical service etc) meeting with government regulations and security standards
- Coordinate fire service inspection
- Organize security service and telecommunications/communications
- Other adhoc assignment as assigned
Requirements
- 6 years+ relevant experience in facilities management / building repair & maintenance. Experience in retail, health care or multi-location settings
- Solid project planning and management skills and can demonstrate strong abilities in organisation, setting priorities, documentation and multi-tasks
- Good interpersonal & communication with the ability to interact with various stakeholders
- Mature, analytical, well-organized, proactive, excellent team player and adaptable in fast-pace working environment
- Good command of English & Chinese
- Knowledge in Buildings Ordinance, Fire Safety Ordinance, as well as other related ordinances and regulations are preferred
