About this role

Our mission at Les Nouvelles Recrues

We recruit you for who you are, not only for what's expected of you — and above all, we help you find THE role that fits YOU.
Today, we're recruiting an AI Creative Lead Intern for our client, Chain of Events , the company behind the events where the people shaping technology actually meet — based in Paris.

Internship

About the company

Chain of Events runs three summits, all in Paris, all within the same week:

- Signal Week — the institutional summit for digital assets. Founded in 2019 as Paris Blockchain Week and elevated to Signal Week in 2026, it draws 10,000+ attendees from 100+ countries, roughly 70% of them C-suite. Its last edition convened 250+ banks and financial institutions, over $50T in assets under management, and 70 government officials and regulators — BlackRock, J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Fidelity, BNY Mellon, Citi, the London Stock Exchange, ESMA and the European Commission among them. The thesis: TradFi and digital assets are no longer two industries but one financial system being rebuilt on shared rails.
- RAISE Summit — the AI summit for decision-makers. Launched in 2024, it has grown from 2,000 to 9,000+ attendees across three editions (80%+ C-level, from 76 countries), with 350+ speakers spanning AI infrastructure, enterprise adoption, agentic systems, sovereignty and policy. The 2026 edition at the Carrousel du Louvre featured Mark Cuban, Yann LeCun and Nelson Griggs (Nasdaq), plus the Versailles AI Gala, the RAISE Hackathon and RAISE the STAKES (1,100+ startup applications in 2026).
- MACHINA Summit — Europe's leading event dedicated to Physical AI: intelligence that acts on the real world through humanoids, industrial robotics, autonomous systems and next-generation human–machine interfaces. Its inaugural 2026 edition brought together the labs building humanoids and the enterprises deploying robotics at scale, with speakers from Google DeepMind, Boston Dynamics, NVIDIA, 1X, Apptronik and Agility Robotics. It's the fastest-moving brand in the portfolio, with the most white space ahead of it.

In July 2026, all three brands were acquired by Hyve Group , the global B2B events organiser behind Fintech Meetup, HLTH and Shoptalk. In July 2027, they'll converge on the Palais des Congrès during the exact same week.

What you'll do

AI content production (the core of the role)

- Repurpose the existing archive into new content: cutdowns, speaker reels, motion graphics, stills, campaign creative, social-first formats
- Ship a steady, agreed volume of finished assets to Signal Week's official channels every week
- Hold everything you produce to the Signal Week brand system, so AI-generated output is indistinguishable in quality from studio work
- Test new AI tools constantly, well beyond the stack already paid for — no cap, no approved list, no quota: if something looks useful, try it and share what you found
- Maintain and expand the AI tools tracker: use cases, outputs, costs, verdicts
- Turn what works into repeatable workflows and prompt libraries the rest of the marketing team can pick up without you

UI/UX and vibe-coded builds

- Design the interfaces for owned digital surfaces: landing pages, campaign microsites, sponsor and speaker pages, interactive showcases and brand portals
- Build them yourself with AI coding tools — from concept to a working, shareable link without sitting in a development queue
- Work in components and systems, so what you build can be restyled, reused and handed over, rather than one-off prototypes that die with the campaign
- Know the difference between something that demos well and something you can put in front of institutional partners and sponsors — and carry it that last twenty percent

Channel and performance

- Rebuild a consistent Instagram presence, Stories included — this has been neglected and needs a designer's hand
- Track how published assets perform: reach, engagement, CTR, saves, watch time
- Maintain a content inspiration bank from competitor and adjacent-industry channels
- Produce a monthly report on what worked, what didn't, and what to make more of

Brand consistency across owned surfaces

- Keep speaker profiles, bios and event pages visually accurate and on-brand
- Produce Open Graph and social preview images for website pages
- Store all assets, source files and performance data in a clearly organised shared structure

About you

Must-have

- 1+ year of design experience — internships in a studio, agency, brand or in-house team
- Fluency in classical design tools — Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro, plus Figma. Non-negotiable: we're hiring a designer who uses AI, not a prompter who has never built a grid
- Real UI/UX ability — wireframes, user flows, responsive layout, design systems and component thinking, not only static brand graphics
- Vibe coding — you can take an interface from idea to a live, shareable build using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, v0, Bolt). Just as important, you know how to make what you build scale: structured, reusable, on-brand and stable enough to ship
- A portfolio that shows craft: typography, layout, motion, interface work, brand systems, and finished work you owned end to end
- Working knowledge of generative AI tools for image, video and text, and a real appetite to go deeper
- Comfort producing at high volume on fast turnarounds without letting quality slide
- Solid understanding of LinkedIn, X and Instagram, and of what performs on each
- Working understanding of content performance metrics
- Strong written English and genuine organisational discipline: trackers, naming conventions, clean folders
- A valid internship agreement (convention de stage)

Nice to have

- Video editing and motion design as a primary strength
- Interest in finance, digital assets or AI
- Experience in events, media or publishing, where the calendar doesn't move

Mindset

- Self-starter who works on a test, learn, apply loop
- Comfortable with clear weekly objectives and short timelines
- Curious and resourceful, willing to fail fast in public and log what happened
- Opinionated about quality, and able to say when an AI output isn't good enough to ship

What we offer

- Paid internship
- Attendance at RAISE, MACHINA and Signal Week, alongside the most influential people in the industry
- 100% Navigo, 8€ meal vouchers
- A diverse, multicultural team and real, visible impact on the work

Recruitment process

- Screening Interview (30 min): first conversation about your background and motivations.
- Hiring Manager Interview (30 min): deep-dive with the hiring manager on the role and your experience.
- Use Case (60–90 min): a practical exercise, presented and discussed with the team.
- CEO + HR Call (15-30min)
