Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and sales support to Relationship Managers to facilitate client acquisition and relationship maintenance.
- Assist in executing client transactions, account opening, and financial portfolio reviews accurately.
- Address client queries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal bank policies.
- Coordinate with internal product partners and operations teams to resolve service issues.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent professional qualification in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in a client-facing or support role within wealth management or consumer banking.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, operational procedures, and financial regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant regulatory licensing or certifications are highly advantageous.
