We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
As a Product Manager on the Search AI Developer Tools Platform (ADP) team, you will be at the forefront of the generative AI revolution at Google. Your mission will be to build and deliver cutting-edge agentic development solutions and AI-assisted developer tools that transform how software engineering is done. You will shape the future of knowledge discovery and development workflows, empowering engineers to build faster and smarter. By leveraging Google's exceptional Search and AI capabilities, you will drive AI-transformation initiatives that have a profound impact on the software development lifecycle and usher in the next generation of developer productivity.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $163000 - $236000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
- 1 year of experience building and delivering AI products and agentic development solutions (e.g., autonomous coding agents, AI-assisted developer tools, or equivalent) for software engineering.
- 1 year of experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., generative AI coding assistants or equivalent platforms).
- Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
- 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
- Experience driving AI-transformation initiatives at your workplace.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle, tooling, and workflows.
- Work with partner teams (e.g., engineers, PgMs, UX) during product design and development to translate PRDs into actionable OKRs for the AI Developer Tools Platform.
- Define product roadmaps and operationalize strategy for new agentic development solutions.
- Develop and secure buy-in for a compelling product goal that drives the adoption of AI-assisted tools and supports the overall product narrative.
- Validate the market size and user-based strategic opportunities for new AI developer platform features.
- Drive the end-to-end launch, maintenance, and iteration of developer-facing AI products in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
