About the business/role/team:

This role sits within the Knowledge Management department at the Bank, a team responsible for delivering insights that support strategic, operational, and regulatory outcomes across the organisation.

As a Data Analyst , you will play a key role in uplifting analytics capability, contributing to cross‑functional initiatives, and shaping how data is used to drive decisions across the Bank.

About the role Key responsibilities:

- Drive key data operations, piplines and functions.
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of data analysis, from problem definition through to insights and recommendations.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytical models to support decision‑making.
- Ensure data quality, integrity and appropriate use of data in line with governance and risk standards.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior analysts and contribute to analytics best practice across the team.

About you   To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Great attention to detail
- Strong experience in data analysis within a complex environment (financial services or large corporates desirable), using programming languages (such as R, Python, SQL, Mathematica).
- Advanced skills in SQL and experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) and/or analytics platforms.
- The ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, compelling insights for senior, non‑technical audiences.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
- A curiosity‑driven approach and a passion for using data to solve real‑world business problems.
