Past Experience:
- CA/CPA with 1+years of experience or MBA with 3 + years of experience or M Com with 7 + years of experience.
Functional Skills/Capabilities:
- Strong understanding of end-to-end accounting, basic understanding of reporting
- Understanding of financial consolidation process
- Ability to research and embed relevant best practices
Technical Skills/Capabilities:
- Knowledge of financial systems – Oracle, OBI etc, Advanced MS office suits such as Excel, Word, Power-point
- Strong IGAAP/IND AS knowledge and awareness of US GAAP (Accounting knowledge)
- Analytical skills with the ability to undertake cause effect analysis
- Working knowledge of automation tools like Tableau, Python, Natural Language Generation [NLG], Machine Learning Studio [MLS] etc. would be an added advantage
