How will you make an impact in this role?
Business Process Services (BPS), within Technology Vendor Management (TVM), provides operational, product, and compliance support across the Technology contractor lifecycle.
We are seeking an experienced people leader to oversee the global BPS organization with team members located in Phoenix and Manila. This role will set strategic direction, develop organizational capability, strengthen partnerships, and drive continuous improvement across a complex, high-volume operating environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8-12 years of experience in technology infrastructure vendor management, contract management, sourcing, procurement, and/or third-party risk management.
- 5+ years of leadership experience, including building and developing diverse, high-performing teams.
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Familiarity with enterprise Vendor Management Systems with solutions such as SAP Fieldglass, Workday, Beeline, or Coupa Contingent Workforce.
- Strong strategic leadership with demonstrated ability to translate business priorities into organizational outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders across functions.
- Experience driving operational excellence, transformation, and sustainable organizational change.
- Strong risk and control mindset with experience operating in a regulated or highly controlled environment.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent).
- Experience in Technology operations, vendor or workforce management, procurement, business process management, or related disciplines.
- Experience leading technology-enabled transformation and continuous improvement.

- Workplace Flexibility: Full time. Must be amenable to follow a hybrid work arrangement (onsite and work from home)
