This is a great opportunity to join Arms Quality Group and play a key role in shaping quality across our global supply chain. As a Supply Chain Quality Assurance Manager , youll connect customer expectations with supply chain execution, helping ensure quality is embedded throughout the product lifecycle.
This is a manager-level individual-contributor role with broad ownership across the product lifecycle, working closely with Arm engineering and business teams, suppliers and partners. The role covers requirements flow-down, leading multi-functional quality activities, coordinating interested parties and driving actions through technical expertise, collaboration and influence . You'll take ownership of complex supply chain quality topics, provide quality leadership across programmes and help establish robust and scalable quality practices across Arms global supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional quality initiatives across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations and other subject-matter experts, driving alignment, accountability and actions through to completion.
- Interpret customer, product, quality and regulatory requirements and ensure applicable requirements are effectively flowed down and traceable throughout the supply chain.
- Act as a key point of contact for Arm customers on quality and compliance matters, leading and coordinating customer audits, assessments, questionnaires, scorecards and other related activities.
- Lead and conduct supplier quality audits and assessments using VDA 6.3 and other relevant quality standards, identifying gaps, driving corrective actions and ensuring effective closure of audit findings.
- Guide suppliers and internal teams on applicable APQP/PPAP and quality core-tool requirements , including FMEA, MSA and SPC.
- Track compliance performance metrics and deliver assurance reports that strengthen leadership decisions and customer confidence.
- Build and maintain trusted quality relationships with customers, OEMs, Tier-1s, suppliers and strategic partners across Arms global supply chain.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional teams and activities, coordinate subject-matter experts and drive actions to successful completion without direct management authority.
- Semiconductor experience and a strong understanding of the semiconductor product lifecycle, manufacturing processes and supply chain.
- Experience in auditing against IATF 16949, ISO 9001, or VDA 6.3.
- Practical knowledge of APQP and other quality core tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP).
- Clear, confident communication skills across both technical and executive levels.
'Nice To Have' Skills and Experience:
- Experience with data analytics, automation or AI-enabled tools applied to quality, supplier performance or risk management.
