Job Title: Lead Specialist GES H2R Surveys
Location: Hyderabad, India
Job Type: Contract (24 Months)

We are looking for a Lead Specialist - GES H2R Surveys to drive global employee engagement and survey operations across multiple regions. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end survey processes, partnering with HR stakeholders, analyzing engagement data, and providing actionable insights that help improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness. The position offers the opportunity to work with global stakeholders, senior HR leaders, and external vendors while contributing to strategic engagement initiatives.

Your key responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate global and regional engagement survey activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Gather business requirements from HR stakeholders and translate them into effective survey solutions and operational actions.
- Prepare survey questionnaires, participation reports, results dashboards, and engagement insights for stakeholders.
- Analyze survey outcomes and provide meaningful recommendations to HR leaders on engagement trends and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with COEs, HR teams, and external vendors to manage survey delivery, process improvements, and system enhancements.
- Act as the first point of contact for escalations, maintain global process standards, and support continuous improvement projects.

You bring

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in employee engagement, surveys, reporting, analytics, or HR operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret survey results, identify trends, and present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Experience working with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills with the ability to engage across all organizational levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with experience working in global and virtual teams.
