About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Associate grade (FTC role) to join our team, who will help us deliver our Resourcing Technology services. We are particularly keen to attract people with business analysis experience and/or experience of Resourcing at PwC. This position entails collaborating with key stakeholders to support products and projects, ensuring that the operational delivery of Resourcing systems is carried out smoothly and successfully. As such, the successful candidate would be required to build strong relationships with stakeholders across Resourcing, Tech Catalyst, and 3rd party teams. Core accountabilities include managing incidents within the Resourcing Technology landscape, supporting stakeholder communication management, identifying root causes of issues, planning next steps and maintaining business continuity. In addition, there is an ad hoc need to support the wider team on other technology products and testing, ticket management and implementation projects where required.
What your days will look like:
- Support the team in delivering operational requests in relation to Resourcing Technology, including Team Builder and other products.
- Ensure timely completion of SNow tickets within a set SLA, managing stakeholder expectations regarding the completion of activities.
- Meeting with stakeholders to understand and review business objectives and project requirements.
- Document current and future state processes using process maps.
This role is for you if:
- Good understanding of Team Builder and resourcing processes at PwC.
- Ability to critically evaluate information gathered across multiple sources, reconcile variances, and recommend proposals.
- People systems experience (Team Builder, Workday, Talent Acquisition, etc.)
- Experience in business analysis, process mapping, and requirements documentation.
