Finance Business Partnering (Audit) - Manager

As a Finance Manager, you'll partner with the Finance Leader, Finance Team and Business Unit Leadership to provide commercial insight that shapes strategic decision-making and drives performance. What your days will look like:

- Partner with business and finance leaders to shape strategic plans, deliver budgets and forecasts, and provide financial insight that supports informed decision-making and sustainable growth.

- Analyse financial performance and key business metrics, delivering clear recommendations and identifying opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency and commercial outcomes.

- Provide trusted financial guidance on pricing, commercial proposals, working capital and performance improvement initiatives, influencing stakeholders across the business.

- Champion strong financial governance, risk management and compliance while coaching and developing colleagues to build a high-performing and collaborative finance team.

This role is for you if:

- Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or international equivalent) with strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate financial insights into business value.
- Proven ability to take ownership, manage priorities effectively and deliver high-quality outcomes from planning through to completion.
- Proactive and improvement-focused mindset, with a track record of identifying opportunities, driving change and enhancing business performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to influence decisions and provide commercially focused recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, building trusted relationships through collaboration, credibility and integrity.
- Resilient, motivated and committed to continuous development, actively sharing knowledge and supporting the growth of colleagues and the wider finance community.
