Tasks
**Your tasks**
* **Lead** the design, development and delivery of custom Odoo modules.
* **Run** workshops with customers and take end-to-end ownership of the solution.
* **Coaching** the development team.
* **Conceptualization** and design of development processes.
* **Collaborate** closely with product owners and consultants.
* **Ensure** technical alignment with business goals.
* **Optimize** system performance and reliability.
Requirements
**Your profile**
* Bachelor’s or Master's degree in computer science or similar
* At least 5 years of professional experience with ERP systems, IT integrations and web applications
* Strong expertise in Python
* Experience with JavaScript & Odoo; QWeb is an advantage
* Interest in business topics and understanding of basic business processes
* Very fast comprehension, analytical working method & high commitment
* English speaking team player (at least level C1)
