About this role
The Senior Learning Partner (IC3) is an experienced Learning & Development professional responsible for identifying learning needs and designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating effective learning solutions for Oracle Health client and operations teams. This role combines strong learning expertise with technical knowledge of Cerner Millennium and/or other Oracle Health solutions to enable associates and teams to develop the knowledge, skills, and capabilities required to perform effectively.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience delivering technical training, conducting training needs analysis, developing instructional content, facilitating onboarding and learning programs, and partnering with business stakeholders in a complex, global environment.
The Senior Learning Partner will proactively identify training requirements across client and operations teams, translate business and performance needs into actionable learning strategies, and serve as a key point of contact for training-related requirements. The role requires strong collaboration with business leaders, subject matter experts, stakeholders, and the broader Learning & Development organization to ensure learning solutions are relevant, scalable, measurable, and aligned with business priorities.
