Role
Zeta is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support our Senior Leadership Team . This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated fresher to build a strong foundation in executive support within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Job Location: Bangalore – Diamond District
Responsibilties
- Manage and maintain calendars for a minimum of two senior leaders, including scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.
- Manage end-to-end international and domestic travel for the leadership team, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and visa arrangements.
- Process travel and business-related expense claims accurately and within stipulated timelines.
- Organize and provide end-to-end support for meetings, conferences, workshops, and events — both internal and client-facing.
- Maintain robust follow-up systems to track project timelines and deliverables; keep leaders informed of status updates and key developments.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the leadership team, ensuring timely communication and follow-through.
- Provide administrative support including document management, filing systems, contact database maintenance, spreadsheet creation, and presentation preparation.
- Support ad hoc research assignments with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Extend support to the People Success team and other business functions as required.
- Act as a backup to fellow EA team members during absences and or as work demands.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal meetings, leadership events, social gatherings, and employee engagement initiatives from end to end — including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-ground support.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
- Stay current with office productivity tools, digital workflows, and relevant industry developments.
Working Conditions
- Flexibility to work from other Zeta office locations in Bangalore based on leadership schedules
- Willingness to support during extended hours, weekends, or public holidays when business needs arise

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Process-oriented with a demonstrated ability to follow and improve documented workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) — mandatory
- Tech-savvy with an aptitude for learning new digital tools quickly
- Executive presence and ability to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders
- Discretion and sound judgement when handling sensitive or confidential information
Experience and Qualification
- Bachelor's de gree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred)
- Freshers are welcome — prior internship or project experience in an administrative or coordination role is an advantage
- Strong logical reasoning and analytical thinking ability
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently when required
