Job Description & Summary:

PwC is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation leader to drive growth within the Global Capability Center (GCC) ecosystem. The role will focus on scaling Finance Transformation offerings, particularly in Revenue Growth Management, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Working Capital Optimization, and AI-led Digital Finance solutions. The candidate will be responsible for building strategic client relationships, driving revenue growth, developing new capabilities, and strengthening PwC's leadership position in the GCC market.

Responsibilities:

- Drive revenue growth across existing and new GCC clients.

- Lead business development and account expansion initiatives within the Finance Transformation practice.

- Build and scale market-leading Finance Transformation offerings focused on:

- Order-to-Cash (O2C)

- Working Capital Optimization

- Revenue Growth Management (RGM)

- AI-led Digital Finance Transformation

- Develop and manage executive-level client relationships across GCCs and global headquarters.

- Lead Finance Transformation engagements encompassing O2C, P2P, R2R, Shared Services, and Global Business Services (GBS).

- Collaborate with alliance partners and technology providers such as HighRadius and other Digital Finance platforms.

- Support practice building through thought leadership, market campaigns, client events, and industry forums.

- Build internal capability, mentor teams, and support strategic talent acquisition.

- Contribute to PwC's GCC growth strategy and help establish differentiated service offerings in the market.

Years of Experience Required:

18-20 years of relevant experience in Finance Transformation, Digital Finance, Shared Services, GCC, Consulting, or related advisory services, including significant experience driving business growth and managing large-scale transformation programs.

Education Qualification:

- MBA (Finance) from Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics & Communication) from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore
