Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion OTL + Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Time and Labor (OTL) and Payroll modules. The candidate will be responsible for implementation, configuration, support, testing, troubleshooting, and delivering solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on Oracle Fusion Time and Labor (OTL) and Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation and support activities.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Configure OTL and Payroll modules based on business requirements.
- Handle payroll processing, payroll elements, balances, calculations, and related configurations.
- Configure and support Time Entry, Time Cards, Time Categories, Time Calculation Rules, Approval Workflows , and related OTL processes.
- Work on integration between OTL, Payroll, HCM, and other Oracle Fusion modules.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for integrations and customizations.
- Conduct SIT/UAT , support defect resolution, and provide post-production support.
- Analyze production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
- Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, and user guides.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project teams throughout the implementation/support lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion OTL and Payroll .
- Good understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM business processes.
- Experience with OTL configuration, time calculation rules, approvals, and payroll integration .
- Strong understanding of Payroll elements, balances, flows, and payroll processing.
- Experience in SIT/UAT and production support .
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Oracle Fusion HCM certification.
- Experience working on end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Exposure to integrations, reporting, and technical-functional coordination.
- Experience in handling L2/L3 production support and RCA.
