Roles & responsibilities

We are recruiting for Senior in the Quality and Risk Management team. In this team, your responsibilities will include:
• Undertake smaller and medium-sized assignments independently or assist in larger assignments • Establish strong professional relationships with stakeholders • Play active role in stabilizing the process for the member firm by doing a deep dive into procedures, process, and workflow to help improve process for the member firm • Conducting KYC/AML checks on entities, with good understanding on adverse/negative news, and report out the same with any shareholders/ultimate beneficial ownership, sanctions and politically exposed persons (PEPs) • Ability to effectively use databases which includes company websites, news aggregators, professional and social networking sites • Sharp focus and eye for detail to identify, comprehend, articulate risk basis the process training and guidance provided. Escalate any bottleneck in a timely manner • Assessing, analyzing and documenting the screening results with good formatting skills • Engaging with stakeholders with respect to delivery, SLAs, escalating urgent requests or reporting daily or monthly progress • Perform quality checks and deliver feedback on cases/performance wherever needed • Deliver feedback, and undertake performance appraisal (if assigned supervisory role) • Ensure the KPIs are met, and daily/weekly/monthly tracking on volume, SLA, quality is maintained • Ability to motivate and prepare the team for upcoming projects or peaks •

Educational qualifications
• Qualifications: Graduate degree from Tier 1/Tier 2 institute or Post Graduation/Diploma.
Work experience
• Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience
Mandatory technical & functional skills
• Excellent narrative writing and analytical skills with no grammatical errors • Certification preferred – any one or similar - Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) - Certified Anti-Money Laundering Investigator (CAMI)
