# A Day in the Life
Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) partners with hospitals and healthcare providers to improve operational performance, optimize supply chain processes, and support high-quality patient care. The Service Delivery team manages inventory, materials management, and operational services within healthcare environments, helping customers maintain product availability, improve efficiency, and reduce waste. This role is based in Eindhoven, Netherlands and operates under a Onsite work arrangement.

As a Senior Materials Management Analyst, you will support the day-to-day delivery of inventory and materials management services within a hospital environment. You will serve as a key operational contact for customers, collaborating with hospital stakeholders, suppliers, commercial teams, and capability centers to maintain inventory accuracy, optimize supply chain performance, and support service excellence.
Primary Responsibilities

- Manage product ordering, receiving, storage, replenishment, inventory control, and consumption activities to ensure continuous product availability
- Monitor inventory levels, utilization trends, stock accuracy, and products approaching Use By Date (UBD), identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve performance
- Maintain accurate inventory transactions through effective use of inventory management platforms and hospital systems
- Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and compliance activities to achieve inventory accuracy targets
- Coordinate product returns, product introductions, product transitions, and inventory rationalization initiatives
- Develop, analyze, and communicate operational, inventory, and service performance reports and key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards
- Build collaborative relationships with hospital stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to support service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Identify operational risks, service gaps, and process improvement opportunities, supporting implementation of corrective and preventive actions

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Healthcare Management or equivalent practical experience, and 5+ years of experience in inventory management, materials management, supply chain operations, healthcare logistics, or a similar environment
- Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken
- Experience with inventory management systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms, or healthcare-related systems.
- Experience analyzing operational data and developing performance reports and KPIs and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Experience developing KPI dashboards, reporting tools, and operational performance metrics
- Experience supporting process improvement, operational excellence, or change management initiatives within healthcare, supply chain, or customer-facing environments

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
