We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded marketing professional to join our growing EMEA Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of marketing activity across the UK while supporting strategic initiatives across the wider EMEA region. Acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders, sales teams and subject matter experts, you'll develop and deliver integrated campaigns that build brand awareness, deepen client engagement and support business growth.

A role you will love

You'll lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that support commercial objectives and drive measurable results. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll translate strategic priorities into impactful marketing activity, managing projects from planning through to execution and performance analysis.

This is a varied role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, giving you the opportunity to work across campaigns, thought leadership, client engagement programmes, events and, digital marketing. You'll play a key role in strengthening our presence in the market while helping the business identify and capitalise on growth opportunities across the region.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned to business growth objectives
- Partner with senior stakeholders, sales teams and subject matter experts to deliver effective marketing solutions
- Lead marketing activity across digital, content, email, social media, events and web channels
- Own campaign performance, budgets and reporting to demonstrate measurable impact
- Drive thought leadership, executive engagement and client experience initiatives
- Collaborate with regional and global colleagues to maximise marketing effectiveness and share best practice

What will you bring to the role?

We're looking for a confident and collaborative marketer with a strong background in integrated marketing and campaign management.

- Proven experience delivering successful marketing campaigns in a complex organisation, ideally in a B2B environment, but not essential
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and challenge constructively
- Excellent project management and organisational capabilities
- Experience partnering with sales or commercial teams to support business growth
- Strong communication skills and the ability to develop compelling marketing content
- A positive, resilient and proactive approach, with the confidence to contribute ideas and drive continuous improvement
