Position Summary
Credence is seeking a Senior Analyst, Paralegal to provide advanced legal, analytical, and litigation support for policy, compliance, and program operations. This role supports complex document review, legal research, records management, information requests, and litigation-related activities while ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to organizational requirements.
The successful candidate will work closely with attorneys, program leadership, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to support document production, case management, legal correspondence, and research initiatives. The position requires exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:
- Provide support for complex litigation, legal research, and document production activities.
- Conduct detailed reviews of legal, policy, and program documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze information, prepare summaries, and support the development of legal and programmatic documentation.
- Assist with records collection, organization, tracking, and production in support of legal matters and information requests.
- Support document review processes and maintain accurate records of case-related activities.
- Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, case summaries, and other legal or administrative documents.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain, organize, and validate information needed for legal and program support activities.
- Support responses to information requests, audits, investigations, and other inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information and records.
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and milestones associated with legal and program support activities.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of documents and deliverables to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support policy, compliance, and legal operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Criminal Justice, Public Policy, Public Administration, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional experience supporting litigation, legal operations, document review, records management, compliance, policy analysis, or related functions.
- Experience supporting complex litigation matters, document production activities, or legal case management.
- Experience conducting document reviews, legal research, records analysis, and quality assurance activities.
- Knowledge of legal documentation, records management practices, and litigation support processes.
- Ability to analyze complex information and present findings in a clear and organized manner.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and confidential information.
- Experience preparing reports, correspondence, legal summaries, and supporting documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
