Job Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities.

- Screen applications and schedule interviews.

- Liaise with hiring managers on staffing requirements.

- Prepare offer letters and employment documentation.

- Coordinate onboarding and induction of new employees.

Employee Relations

- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

- Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.

- Assist in disciplinary inquiries, investigations, and grievance handling.

- Foster a positive and productive work environment.

HR Administration

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

- Prepare HR-related letters and documentation.

- Monitor probation confirmations, contract renewals, and employee movements.

- Ensure all employee files and records are updated and compliant.

Performance Management

- Coordinate the performance appraisal process.

- Monitor review schedules and probation assessments.

- Assist managers in documenting performance-related matters.

- Support performance improvement initiatives and action plans.

Payroll & Benefits Coordination

- Prepare and submit employee-related information required for payroll processing.

- Coordinate attendance, leave, overtime, and employee status changes.

- Assist with administration of employee benefits and statutory requirements.

- Ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll documentation.

HR Compliance & Reporting

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor legislation.

- Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics.

- Monitor HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, vacancy fill rates, and headcount.

- Support internal and external audits when required.

Person Specifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field.

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an executive role.

- Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

- Ability to handle data with confidentiality

- Strong verbal and oral communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems.
