Associate Maintenance Manager, Cybercab, Castings

The successful candidate will have proven experience in all facets of manufacturing maintenance to support sustainable production as well as new model and/or new equipment introduction when required. Must be capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and department leaders to address concerns and issues that affect part quality, production efficiency, work cell ergonomics, equipment maintenance, etc. The successful candidate will also have exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and management skills, demonstrating the ability to be an innovator and change agent.

- Lead all maintenance crews across 24/7 operations
- Manage manpower for line support, repairs, vacation, OT, and weekend scheduling
- Set daily tasks and team direction
- Partner with Production, Engineering, and customer departments
- Develop procedures, PMs, standards, and equipment documentation
- Manage internal maintenance and minor contractor projects
- Support budget reporting, spare parts inventory, and associate training

- 8+ years of maintenance leadership and equipment management
- Experience in high pressure die casting and/or journeyman-level manufacturing maintenance
- 8+ years troubleshooting industrial equipment breakdowns and failures
- Experience in team building, coaching, succession planning, and training
- Proven OEE improvement through PM/TPM, lean systems, and breakdown prevention
- Project management and spare parts inventory experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and availability to work off shifts
