In this role, youll communicate shift expectations, monitor productivity and quality, promote safe work practices, and provide coaching and training to team members. Youll also work closely with the Supervisor to support daily operations and help create a safe, productive, and positive work environment.

Schedule
Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime may be required based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
As a 1st Shift Team Lead , you will:
- Assign tasks to team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor team productivity , communicate daily performance numbers, and coach team members when improvement is needed.
- Audit the quality of work performed by team members and provide feedback as necessary.
- Assist the Supervisor with documentation, job setups, and other required paperwork.
- Maintain high standards of professional conduct and lead by example.
- Assist with onboarding and training new hires to ensure they understand job expectations and procedures.
- Provide coaching and feedback regarding productivity, attendance, and workplace conduct.
- Listen to team concerns and feedback , work toward resolving issues, and escalate matters when appropriate.
- Promote a safe, positive, and motivating workplace where team members can be successful.
- Complete required tasks within the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including printing orders, researching orders, and following end-of-day processing procedures for manifesting and invoicing.

Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working effectively as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and direction to team members across various projects and daily operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
- Previous experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is preferred, but not required.
- Must be available to work overtime as needed based on business requirements.
- Spanish bilingual skills preferred.
