Marketing Coordinator Miladys

We are looking for an organised, detail-driven Marketing Coordinator with c urrent or previous marketing experience within a fashion retail environment is essential , to help bring Miladys campaigns, promotions, store openings and everyday marketing activity to life.

You will keep projects moving across internal teams and external partners, making sure briefs are clear, processes are followed, and every campaign element is delivered accurately and on time.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, builds strong working relationships and takes pride in exceptional execution. You will support the wider Marketing team while taking ownership of your own projects that contribute to our business objectives.

- A Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a retail marketing environment, preferably within a fashion retail brand.
- Experience coordinating marketing campaigns from brief through to execution.
- A sound understanding of retail marketing, campaign execution and core marketing principles.
- Experience coordinating print, digital, social media, SMS and in-store marketing activity.
- Strong project coordination, administration and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills, together with strong stakeholder and supplier relationship-building ability.
- The ability to work independently, solve execution challenges proactively and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, with a good creative eye.
- A valid driver's licence and access to your own reliable vehicle, with the ability to travel locally to different stores when required for store openings, activations, events and other marketing initiatives.
