1st Shift - Training Associate - Level III - Manufacturing

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented 1st Shift - Training Associate - Level III – Manufacturing to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Ladson, SC

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

- Develop impactful learning solutions: Contribute to the design and development of instructional materials, including participant guides, instructor guides, presentations, assessments, and job aids that support employee learning and performance.

- Improve training effectiveness through analysis: Assist with training needs, audience, and task analyses to identify learning gaps and recommend solutions that align with business objectives.

- Support data-driven learning decisions: Conduct research on external training programs, vendors, and educational resources while gathering data to evaluate cost-effective learning and development solutions.

- Coordinate seamless learning experiences: Plan and administer instructor-led and e-learning programs by managing communications, scheduling, facilitators, vendors, materials, and logistical requirements.

- Measure and enhance program performance: Track individual and group training progress, implement evaluation plans, analyze results, and provide recommendations that strengthen learning outcomes.

- Drive continuous improvement in employee development: Use feedback, training metrics, and evaluation data to identify opportunities for program enhancements and increased organizational impact.

- Serve as a trusted learning resource: Provide guidance and support to colleagues, share knowledge, and help less experienced team members navigate learning and development processes.

- Build strong stakeholder relationships: Deliver responsive, professional support to employees, leaders, trainers, and vendors, ensuring training needs are addressed accurately and efficiently.

- Train and coach operators on standard work and test processes.
