Your Team Responsibilities
Support core compliance responsibilities, with a focus on ESG regulatory compliance support (UK and EU/ESMA requirements) and day-to-day compliance operations.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support ongoing ESG regulatory compliance work, including monitoring and helping incorporate new UK and ESMA requirements into the firm's compliance framework
- Assist with compliance reviews, assessments, and monitoring activities
- Respond to employee questions on policies and procedures (acting as a point of contact alongside the compliance team)
- Maintain documentation and records to support audit/regulatory review readiness
- Assist with tracking regulatory deadlines and framework updates
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
- 2–3 years of experience in compliance, regulatory, or auditing roles (financial services preferred)
- Familiarity with ESG regulatory concepts a plus (UK/ESMA exposure ideal but not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow up effectively across different departments and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels
- Detail-oriented, comfortable with documentation and process work
- Ability to ramp up quickly and work independently on a temporary assignment
