About this role
As Head of Casino product , you will own the global Casino product strategy and product development across all our brands and markets. You will drive growth, engagement, and long-term value by delivering a best-in-class, mobile-first Casino experience.
You will act as the company’s Casino product expert, working closely with marketing teams, local market managers, product teams, and commercial stakeholders to ensure a competitive, data-driven, and player-centric offering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the global Casino product strategy, aligned with B2Tech business objectives and partner growth plans across key and emerging markets.
- Own the Casino content portfolio, including integrations and roadmap planning, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with partner needs.
- Lead Casino lobby management tools and personalization strategies, leveraging player data and segmentation to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Drive continuous product innovation and UX improvements in collaboration with design and research teams, ensuring a best-in-class player journey.
- Own and deliver roadmap execution with clear success metrics, ROI, and performance tracking to support business and partner outcomes.
- Leverage player insights and market trends to continuously optimize engagement, retention, and overall product performance.
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing Casino product team capable of delivering across multiple markets and brands.
Skill Requirements:
- Senior iGaming leader with extensive experience in Casino product strategy and delivery.
- Proven track record of driving growth, product excellence, and player engagement in competitive markets.
- Deep understanding of Casino content, game mechanics, features, and supplier ecosystems.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and performance optimization.
- Highly effective stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across cross-functional and partner teams.
