The Opportunity
Radar Healthcare's new ⭐ Microsoft 365 Tenant Integration & Migration Consultant ⭐
Contract UK Remote Outside IR35 Considered
Radar Healthcare is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Tenant Integration & Migration Consultant to lead the integration of a newly acquired business into the Radar technology environment.
This is a hands-on engagement covering the entire migration lifecycle, from discovery and target-state design through to Microsoft 365 migration, domain cutover, device transition, hypercare, and source-tenant decommissioning.
What you'll be responsible for
- Assessing and documenting the source Microsoft 365 environment
- Designing coexistence and target-state architecture
- Migrating Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams
- Assessing and transitioning Slack channels, workflows and integrations
- Migrating Entra ID applications, SSO, SCIM and automation platforms
- Coordinating Intune and Windows Autopilot device transitions
- Managing domain, DNS and mail-flow cutover activities
- Delivering hypercare, stabilisation and operational handover
- Producing migration runbooks, validation reports and governance documentation
We're looking for someone with experience in:
✅ Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations
✅ Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive & Teams migrations
✅ Entra ID, SSO, Enterprise Applications & SCIM
✅ ShareGate or equivalent migration tooling
✅ Microsoft Intune & Windows Autopilot
✅ Power Platform, PowerShell & automation remediation
✅ Slack migration and collaboration platform transitions
✅ DNS, domain transfer, SPF, DKIM & DMARC cutovers
✅ Technical project governance and stakeholder management
About you
- Proven track record delivering complex M365 migration programmes
- Comfortable working at both strategic and hands-on technical levels
- Strong documentation, planning and stakeholder engagement skills
- Able to identify risks, dependencies and remediation requirements
- UK-based and available to support workshops and key migration activities
