Job Description
As a Data Lead, you will ensure the smooth delivery and continuous evolution of a modern AI & Data platform. You will own day-to-day backlog management, coordinate releases, manage cross-team dependencies, and align priorities with key stakeholders across the organization.
In this role, you will drive execution, facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams, and ensure platform initiatives are delivered efficiently and with high quality. You will play a key role in planning, prioritization, and delivery governance to support the platform's strategic objectives.
YOUR ROLE
- Own the platform Feature-level backlog, including ordering and readiness of incoming work.
- Translate platform demand into clear, actionable backlog items aligned with platform priorities and constraints.
- Own the platform’s day-to-day stakeholder interface towards stream leads.
- Represent the platform team in operational coordination and align scope, priorities, dependencies, and delivery implications.
- Coordinate dependencies, delivery risks, release readiness, changes, releases, and handovers.
- Support adoption of platform services, including clarity of offering and usage expectations.
- Maintain current, usable platform service documentation standards.
YOUR PROFILE
- Senior experience in backlog ownership, prioritization, and delivery coordination.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate demand into feature-level backlog items.
- Experience coordinating dependencies, delivery risks, releases, and handovers.
- Sufficient technical understanding to discuss and represent simpler platform topics.
- Experience from data/platform environments and Agile/DevOps delivery is valued.
