Supply Chain Operational Controller

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Operational Controller to support North American supply chain operations. This role will be responsible for managing U.S. tariff-related activities, vendor data administration, rental fleet coordination, and supply chain KPI tracking. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, operational discipline, and the ability to collaborate across internal teams, customs brokers, suppliers, and integrators.

Key Responsibilities

U.S. Tariff Management

- Interpret and apply U.S. customs and tariff regulations to support operational compliance.
- Review and validate customs entry summaries for accuracy.
- Prepare tariff-related reports and maintain accurate records.
- Generate and manage customer invoicing related to tariff charges.
- Reconcile tariff-related revenue and costs.
- Maintain tariff estimation and forecasting tools.
- Review and validate duty invoices from customs brokers.
- Validate payments made to customs brokers and ensure timely processing.
- Identify tariff optimization and cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide documentation, reporting, and support to integrators to facilitate tariff cost recovery from customers.

Vendor Data Management

- Maintain vendor master data, including tax-related information and compliance requirements.
- Review and approve vendor invoices in accordance with company policies.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and exceptions.
- Monitor payment status and follow up on outstanding vendor issues.

North America Rental Fleet Management

- Manage tracking files and records for rental and pre-production assets, including robots, lifts, line dispensers, and rack tooling.
- Coordinate equipment inventories, refurbishment activities, pickups, and deliveries.
- Ensure accurate asset tracking and availability to support business operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to maintain fleet readiness.

Supply Chain KPI Tracking & Reporting

- Monitor and report on key supply chain performance indicators, including:

- On-Time Logistics Delivery (OTLD)
- Inventory and stock levels
- Transaction accuracy

- Analyze trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support management reporting through data collection, analysis, and dashboard updates.

Requirements

Required

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in supply chain operations, logistics, customs compliance, procurement, or related functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with invoices, reconciliations, and financial data.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred

- Knowledge of U.S. customs regulations, import/export processes, and tariff management.
- Experience working with customs brokers and international logistics providers.
- Familiarity with supply chain KPIs and operational reporting.
- Experience with vendor master data management and accounts payable processes.
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities.
