OPEN JOB: Assistant Nurse Manager – Neuro / Tele
LOCATION: Baltimore, Maryland
BASE SALARY: $90,126 to $119,412
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- At least 2 years of Hospital Nurse Leadership experience
- At least 2 years of CVICU experience
- Holds an active MD RN license
- BSN degree
Unit Summary:
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is a 29-bed unit which cares for a wide variety of adult patients who are critically ill, including but not limited to neurologic, respiratory, cardiac, renal, gastrointestinal, genitourinary as well as endocrine and other conditions.
Job Summary: The Assistant Nurse Manager serves in a supportive role to the Nurse Manager. This role has responsibility for daily coordination of resources to ensure quality service to all patients and their families
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse License - Current Maryland license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license
- Basic Life Support and ACLS Certificate
- 2 Years or more of relevant CVICU experience
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing required
- At least 2 years of direct, relevant ICU experience
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Hospital Nurse Leadership
