What you can look forward to as Plant Quality Head (M/F/D):

- Lead and embed a strong Quality culture across the plant , ensuring alignment with ZF's DNA of Quality while driving quality awareness, accountability, and customer-centric thinking at all organizational levels.

- Drive plant quality performance and risk management by establishing quality objectives aligned with regional and customer expectations, proactively identifying quality risks, executing mitigation plans for underperforming KPIs, and ensuring timely escalation and resolution of critical quality issues.

- Develop and strengthen the Plant Quality organization through effective resource planning, capability building, succession planning, budget management, and continuous development of team competencies to meet current and future business requirements.

- Ensure excellence in quality governance, compliance, and continuous improvement by maintaining IATF 16949 compliance, leading internal system, process, and product audits, driving corrective actions to closure, and executing continuous improvement initiatives across quality processes and operations.

- Lead strategic quality deployment across the value chain by driving customer and supplier quality improvement programs, supporting APQP and PPAP activities for new product launches, promoting best-practice sharing and read-across initiatives, and contributing to regional and global quality strategy execution.

Your profile as Plant Quality Head (M/F/D):

- 10-15 Years of experience With Tier -1 Automotive Organization . BE Mechanical Engg from Tier -1 College . Heading Plan Quality

- Broad Quality automotive background and experience

- Be able to drive strong customer focus and build customer relationships.Strong problem solving and continuous improvement skills

- Excellent analytical and decision making skills.Product and production knowledge

- Cross-functional collaboration mindset.Strong communication skills

- Ability to drive sense of urgency and influence across the organization
