- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within complex IT environments.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and measure success.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
Ideally, you'll also have the following
- Experience in aviation, transport, or other safety-critical industries.
- Familiarity with enterprise IT systems and integration challenges.
- Certification in Product Ownership or Agile frameworks (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM).
