Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions is seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to join our Lakewood team as Transportation & Care Support Staff. In this role, you will work alongside our funeral home professionals to assist with the respectful transfer and transportation of decedents from residences, hospitals, care facilities, coroners' offices, and other locations into our care. You may also assist with funeral home operations by supporting services, transporting flowers and equipment, maintaining facility readiness, and running general business errands as needed to help ensure families receive exceptional care and service. Successful team members are reliable, professional, detail-oriented, and treat every family member, colleague, and decedent with dignity and respect.
This position offers flexible part-time and on-call scheduling, including evenings, overnight hours, weekends, and holidays. Team members receive $75 for each qualified removal completed outside scheduled hours, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking meaningful supplemental income while serving their community.

Job Requirements:
Qualified candidates must possess a valid driver's license, demonstrate strong communication skills, work well as part of a team, and be capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling with assistance while safely handling the physical demands of the position.
