We are looking for a reliable, professional and detail-orientated Corporate Cleaner to maintain a clean, hygenic and welcoming environment within our corporate offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the offices, meeting rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, communal areas and other designated spaces to a consistently high standard.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

-Clean and maintain offices, workstations, meeting rooms, reception areas and communal spaces

-Vaccum, sweep, mop and dust floors and surfaces

-Clean and sanitise kitchens, break rooms and staff facilities

-Clean and disinfect bathrooms, toilets, sinks, mirrors and other fixtures

-Empty and dispose of waste and recycling appropriately

-Replenish toiletries, paper products and cleaning products, as required

-Clean glass, doors, partitions and other appropriate surfaces

-Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation throughout the workplace

-Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, spillages or hazards to the appropriate manager

-Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and in accordance with company procedures

-Follow workplace health and safety, COSHH, and infection-control procedures where applicable

-Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when working around employees, visitors and sensitive company information

-Complete cleaning tasks according to the agreed schedule and company standards

-Carry out additional cleaning duties as reasonably required

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

-Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a corporate or commercial environment

-Good attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness

-Reliable, punctual and able to work independantly

-Professional and courteous manner

-Ability to follow instructions, cleaning schedules and health and safety procedures

-Good time-management and organisational skills

-Ability to safely use cleaning products and equipment

-Good communication skills

-Ability to respect confidentiality and workplace policies

-Cleaning qualifications or relevant training are desirable but not essential

This role may involve prolonged periods of standing and walking, bending, reaching, lifting cleaning equipment and supplies and carrying out repetitive cleaning tasks
