Summary
The General Labor employee manually fills cases with finished product, manually palletizes cases of finished product. Manually remove cheese from case and re-palletizing open blocks of cheese while maintaining line pace. Assist cheese cutter operator as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

- Put finished products into designated corrugated boxes following all casing protocols
- Check products for proper code date information
- Palletize cases according to the required pallet configuration
- Operate pallet jack (either manual or electric) to move completed pallets of finished goods
- Communicate with Supervisor and/or member of Quality Assurance team regarding any packaging issues
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Comply with GMP standards as set forth by company
- In the event of downtime, work in other areas as directed by your supervisor
- Follow all safety protocols  
- All other duties as assigned
