As a Material Handler for PDF Seal, you will contribute to the success of the company by coordinating inventory and orders needed for production. The Material Handler is responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, and distribution of raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods throughout the manufacturing facility. This role supports production operations by ensuring materials are available when needed and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
- Transport raw materials, components, and finished products between warehouse and production areas.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
- Supply production lines with required materials according to production schedules.
- Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or warehouse management systems.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
- Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse and storage areas.
- Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and operating procedures.
- Report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, and equipment issues to management.
- Assist with other warehouse and production-related duties as assigned.

In this role you will...

- Use ERP software to issue and stage material for system orders.
- Ensure Inventory counts are correct with cycle counts and adjustments as needed.
- Stock shelves when inventory comes in.
- Notify purchasing when inventory is low.
- Organize racks.
- Adhere to company GMPs and perform job in a safe manner.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.

- High school diploma or general education degree.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, safety and organization.
- Organized.
- Good communication skills to follow instructions in English.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish.
- Time management.
- Computer Skills.
