- Maintain accurate documentation and client records.
- Complete progress notes and service documentation in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with agency standards and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the treatment team to coordinate quality care and positive outcomes.

Qualifications
🎓 What You Bring to the Team
We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and ready to make a difference in the lives of youth and families every day.
✅ Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field OR
- High School Diploma/Associate Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience working with youth, families, or behavioral health populations
- Current CDCA (Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant) credential required
- Current QMHS (Qualified Mental Health Specialist) credential required
🌟 Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience providing mental health case management services
- Experience working with youth and families in community-based, school-based, or behavioral health settings
- Knowledge of local community resources and support systems
