About this role
JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way .
Our people at JLL are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology for our clients. Our People Experience Partner (PXP) is an experienced HR professional who uses business acumen, HR expertise, and local knowledge to enable business and HR priorities. As part of JLL's HR Transformation model, PXPs serve as the strategic, on-the-ground HR presence — working in close partnership with HR Service Delivery, Knowledge Centers of Excellence (KCOEs), and People Partners to deliver a seamless, human-centered employee experience.
PXPs are not the first point of contact for transactional HR matters- those are routed through AskJLL- but instead focus their energy on strategic partnership, employee relations, and enabling talent to do their best work.
