🏘️ Project Manager – Affordable Housing Development
📍 Tampa, FL | 💰 85,000– 105,000 DOE + bonus potential
Our client is growing their affordable housing development team in Tampa and looking for a Project Manager to help take deals from application through construction and stabilization.
You'll work across a portfolio of 8+ active Florida deals — new construction, rehab, and stabilization — gaining hands-on exposure to the full affordable housing development lifecycle, from LIHTC and tax credit financing to closing and construction draws.
This role is a great fit if you have:
✅ 1–3 years of experience construction for multifamily OR affordable housing developments
✅ Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pro formas, data analysis)
✅ Strong organizational and communication skills — and the ability to juggle shifting priorities
✅ A desire to grow within affordable housing development
What you'll do:
🔹 Support LIHTC, FHA, GSE, and other affordable housing financing applications
🔹 Coordinate due diligence, budgets, pro formas, and project schedules
🔹 Manage construction draws and stabilization reporting
🔹 Work directly with lenders, investors, architects, and municipalities
