Axtria is seeking exceptional talent to join our rapidly growing SalesIQ™ Field Intelligence (FI) team. Our people are our greatest strength. As a Director, you will lead and manage global teams delivering Field Intelligence analytics, sales effectiveness, and business technology–driven initiatives for Life Sciences commercial excellence organizations, while also building and scaling Axtria’s onshore SalesIQ FI capability.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of Axtria SalesIQ™ Field Intelligence (FI) engagements, drive projects related to, but not limited to:
- Field reporting, including knowledge and familiarity of enhancing modern field intelligence reporting, leveraging AI reporting
- Incentive compensation design and administration, customer dynamic targeting and call planning, alignment design, and ad-hoc analytics
- Own and grow onshore SIQ FI capability — spanning business development (BD) support, SFE analytics, talent upskilling, Innovation initiatives, and Product Collaboration with the SalesIQ product team.
- Partner closely with clients to understand business objectives and leverage data, analytics, and technology to design and implement impactful FI solutions.
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and recommendations that address client challenges and identify opportunities for expanded engagements.
- Work hands-on with client business stakeholders with minimal oversight.
- Support the design, configuration, communication, and implementation of Axtria SalesIQ™ FI programs.
- Collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality client deliverables.
- Translate complex business problems into clear requirements and actionable FI solutions across consulting and on-site engagements.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction and adherence to delivery timelines.
- Build, manage, and develop high-performing FI teams, including coaching, mentoring, and grooming talent for long-term growth and leadership readiness.
- Actively contribute to team and BD expansion through referrals, interviewing, and hiring to support business growth.
- Partner with Axtria’s product organization to inform the SalesIQ FI roadmap, validate new features, and co-design solutions ahead of client need.
- Drive thought leadership and capability development, including creation of POVs, whitepapers, solution frameworks, and client-ready content that strengthens Axtria’s positioning as a strategic, consultative FI partner and helps gain sustained client mindshare.
Primary Skill Set
- 10-15 years of experience in Life Sciences Commercial Analytics, Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), or Field Intelligence, including hands-on experience with field reporting and commercial performance analytics:
- Sales force effectiveness (SFE) analytics
- Customer dynamic targeting and call planning
- Incentive compensation design and administration (preferred)
- Alignment design and ad-hoc analytics
Desired Skills
- Prior experience building or scaling a delivery capability or practice, including talent development and BD support, strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline such as Business Technology, Information Management, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or an MBA.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate analytical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Salary range or hourly pay range for the position
The salary range for this position is $157,600 to $205,425 annually. The actual salary will vary based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant’s geographic location.
The salary range reflected is based on the primary work location of Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
